Damon Anderson - Business Director
Damon feels that his best qualification comes from having worked at all levels in a corporation. For the last decade he has climbed from Purchasing and Capital Acquisitions at Chiron Corp., Desktop Support to Network Administrator at Rigel Pharmaceutical, Desktop Engineer to IT Standards and Software Distribution Manager at Macromedia, Partner at Blue Bytez, to Co-founder and Partner at GSE Corporation. Damon’s achievements include comprehensive marketing materials and business development, business process and documentation development, contract negotiation and client liasons. Damon feels that businesses should also support the community and dedicates much of his spare time to non-profit and charitable organisations as well as running an artists web community to support arts and culture around the world. |

Milton Hagler - Technical Director
Mr. Hagler has spent the last decade with such companies as Softdesk, Autodesk, GeoTouch.com, and VietCAD before starting two Vietnamese technology startup companies, Blue Bytez (Partner, Chief Architect) and GSE Corporation (Chief Technical Officer). We like to think that his greatest achievement is the resulting Workplace Enterprise®, but he has also quality engineered program API’s for Autodesk’s GIS line, developed and taught "Engineering Computing I" Pascal class for the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, as well as multiple GIS web applications, GUI, and applets. Mr. Hagler is always happiest when he is knee deep in code. |

Michael Kent F.C.A., Board of Directors
Mike's role as an advisor and a member of the board is substantial. As both a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Financial Controller with significant experience in the IT industry. For the last decade Mike has worked for Grant Thornton Vietnam, Maytag International – PRC, Compaq Computer Asia, Compaq Hyundai in Korea and the Sydney Institute of Technology. His achievements include establishing international business and pricing models, design and setup of Business Intelligence flexible reporting systems, extensive client and reseller liasons, and branding and marketing analysis, modeling and monitoring. He Started his career with Peat Marwick and has worked in the UK, West Africa, the middle East, and Australia before moving to Asia. |
